Welcome to the PMI Frankfurt chapter!
The PMI Frankfurt Chapter (PMIFC, registered association) is an independent non-profit professional association focusing on the field of project management. The chapter is a branch of the global leading Project Management Institute (PMI).
The PMIFC was founded in 1988 as the first European chapter. The chapter has about 1000 members from all parts of Germany and from abroad.

PMIFC responsibility and competence go far beyond Frankfurt’s geographical borders. The catchment area of the chapter spans different regions of Germany, from Saarland via the Rhine-Neckar and Rhine-Main-region through Hesse and Central-Lower Saxony, Bremen and Hamburg up to Schleswig-Holstein. Hanover and Hamburg officially act as local groups in the association.
PMIFC offers a forum in which project management professionals can exchange views, share their experiences and discuss current topics of their profession.

PMIFC offers multiple benefits that go beyond the global PMI membership:

Exciting presentations on current topics during our chapter meetings
“PMI goes Business” – Visits to reputable companies that apply PMI standards
Sharing experiences at our regular regional meetings in Frankfurt, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Saarbrucken, Mainz as well as at our local groups in Hamburg and Hannover
Workshops for professional development with leading PMI experts
First-hand updates on new developments in PMI
International exchange within the PMI worldwide network
Opportunities to participate actively as a volunteer in the chapter and in the PMI network

Of course, all these activities provide you with the opportunity to collect PDUs.
